Diane Sickles Pownall is our valued Hospital Manager at Best Friend Veterinary & Pet Lodge.
Diane comes to us with many years of experience in management with a focus on customer service. Her first experience working in an animal hospital was when she lived in New York over 30 years ago. As the Hospital Manager, Diane focuses on the integrity of the hospital in order to create a pleasant experience for our clients and their pets.
Diane and her husband share their home with two dogs, four cats, two rabbits, and ducks. Diane enjoys spending time with her family, including her two grandchildren.
